These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed with Grafton Carpentry Interior Door Specialists LTD (“we”, “our”, or “us”) via our website www.graftoncarpentry.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Products and Services
We specialise in the supply and fitting of internal doors across the UK. Our services include measuring, delivery (as part of installation), and fitting. Products are only available with our fitting service and are not shipped or sold as supply-only.
3. Quotes and Orders
- All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- By placing an order, you confirm that all measurements provided (if applicable) are accurate.
- Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive an email or phone confirmation with fitting details.
4. Payment
- Payment is accepted via credit/debit card, Klarna, PayPal, or bank transfer.
- A deposit or full payment may be required prior to fitting, depending on your order size and agreement.
- Prices include VAT where applicable and will be clearly shown at checkout or in your invoice.
5. Fitting and Fulfilment
- Our supply and fit service includes delivery and professional installation.
- You must ensure access to the property at the agreed time and clear the work area in advance.
- Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a rescheduling fee.
6. Cancellations and Amendments
- Orders can be amended or cancelled free of charge up to 5 days before the scheduled fitting date.
- Cancellations made within 5 days of the fitting date may be subject to a £200 fee, which covers administrative costs and lost labour allocation.
- Please note that made-to-measure items are exempt from standard return rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, as they are made specifically to your requirements.
7. Returns and Refunds
As all products are supplied with fitting and in many cases made to order or altered on-site, returns are only accepted if:
- The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
- The wrong item was supplied due to our error.
All issues must be reported within 7 days of installation. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
8. Guarantees and Workmanship
- All doors and hardware are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.
- Our fitting workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of installation.
9. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from delays or issues outside of our control, including poor access, inaccurate measurements provided by the customer, or third-party interference.
10. Data and Privacy
Your data is handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
